Prospect and sell Spectrum Business communication solutions to small business clients within an assigned territory. Conduct consultative needs analyses, manage leads through closing, achieve sales targets, maintain CRM records, and coordinate order execution with internal teams. The role requires daily outside field sales, frequent driving and walking, customer communication, and occasional office work.

Own enterprise new-business acquisition for managed cloud and advisory services. Responsibilities include self-sourcing pipeline, managing complex multi-threaded sales cycles, meeting recurring and professional-services quotas, engaging C-level stakeholders, positioning VMware, AWS, Azure, and hybrid-cloud solutions, leveraging partner ecosystems, developing business cases, and coordinating cross-functional teams through close and onboarding.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and upper mid-market clients by driving revenue, retention, expansion, and customer success. Build senior stakeholder relationships, develop account strategies, identify cloud and modernization opportunities, manage sales cycles through close, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, monitor account health, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records.
