Identify errors and trends, prepare audit reports, maintain tracking and productivity metrics, support internal and external audits, and educate coders and providers. The role also requires staying current with CMS, AAPC, AHIMA, OIG, payer, and HCC guidelines while protecting patient data and working independently in a fully remote setting.

Provide after-hours and weekend travel support: monitor channels, handle flight/hotel/transport disruptions, rebook travel per SOPs, escalate high-impact issues, document actions, and hand off unresolved items to weekday Logistics.
