As a Patient Engagement Specialist I, you will contact patients via outbound calls, educate them on healthcare services, and help schedule appointments while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Perform post-visit review and visit closure: confirm lab draws and documentation, track and retrieve missing lab results/notes, manage clinical documents, escalate issues, support occasional outbound patient outreach, and suggest process improvements within SLAs while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
