Lead international tax strategy and compliance, manage transfer pricing and related documentation, prepare and review complex US international tax calculations and filings (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTC, BEAT), oversee foreign tax provision (ASC 740/IFRS) and non-US filings, support M&A and treasury tax planning, and coordinate audits with internal teams and external advisors.

Lead and grow a team of Integrated Marketing Managers to design and run multi-channel, data-driven campaigns across the full customer lifecycle. Align marketing programs with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion while setting KPIs, optimizing performance, and fostering a testing culture.

Manage U.S. and global benefits administration including enrollments, life events, COBRA, reconciliations, vendor coordination, compliance (HIPAA/ERISA/COBRA/ACA), HRIS integrations, reporting, communications, and support for wellbeing programs and M&A benefits transitions.
