Own the full sales cycle for barbershop customers: prospect, qualify, demo product, negotiate terms, and close deals. Build and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline, track activity in Salesforce, and partner with onboarding and sales teams to ensure smooth customer launches. Represent SQUIRE at industry events as needed.

Lead analytics strategy, governance, and reporting to create trusted metrics. Drive insights across churn, retention, product telemetry, and marketing. Build analytical models, oversee Looker BI, partner with Data Engineering, establish data quality and AI-readiness, and hire and grow the analytics team to influence leadership decisions and business outcomes.

Lead and grow SQUIRE's Data organization as a player-coach, owning long-term data architecture, building reliable Snowflake pipelines, setting standards for modeling and data quality, hiring and budgeting for a 5+ person team, partnering cross-functionally, auditing integrations, and enabling AI/LLM use cases while remaining hands-on for high-risk technical work.
