Partner with community leaders to manage HR functions including payroll, timekeeping audits, onboarding (E-Verify), workers' compensation, employee relations, investigations, compliance, and talent development. Drive people-focused initiatives, analyze HR metrics, support policy and program development, and collaborate with home office HR and payroll. May require occasional travel.
