Teams at SS&C Technologies

Manage and coach an Investor Services team, oversee processing of subscriptions/redemptions/transfers, handle escalations, and run correspondence and live chat operations. Ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with fund accounting/legal/compliance, implement process improvements and systems, prepare investor reports, and participate in client due diligence and meetings to maintain high service quality.

Provide client relations and investor services support for alternative investment clients: answer inbound calls, investigate and resolve issues, process investor transactions, oversee service delivery, manage escalations, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

The consultant will conduct implementations of SS&C Genesis and Advent Investment Suite, analyze client needs, configure products, and train users, ensuring client satisfaction and effective project delivery.
