Leads complex, large-scale advanced technology and high-tech facility projects from conception through closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, construction coordination, and multidisciplinary teams. Serves as a primary client contact while mentoring project managers, developing office talent, supporting business development, and strengthening client relationships. Oversees office culture, PM processes, training budgets, facilities coordination, and strategic alignment with firm leadership.

Design and coordinate mechanical systems for cleanrooms, fabs, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include HVAC, exhaust, chilled water, boiler, pump, process utility, and wastewater design; engineering calculations; equipment sizing; hydraulic modeling; AutoCAD and Revit documentation; Navisworks coordination; QA/QC; code compliance; RFI and submittal review; field investigations; and construction administration support.

Leads mechanical engineering design for cleanroom, semiconductor fab, and advanced technology manufacturing facilities. Develops HVAC and mechanical systems from concept through construction and startup, performs engineering calculations, coordinates BIM models and clash detection, and supports construction administration. Interfaces with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams; reviews submittals and RFIs; performs QA/QC; mentors junior staff; and supports PE stamping and responsible-charge activities.
