Serves as the technical subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems. Leads configuration, upgrades, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, compliance, auditing, and process improvement. Supports complex payroll processing, tax and regulatory filings, data analysis, internal controls, and workforce reporting. Partners with Finance, HR, IT, and operational leaders, while providing training, documentation, mentoring, and business continuity support. Requires strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and related organizational policies.

Facilitate IT demand intake, evaluate and prioritize requests, ensure decision-ready business cases, maintain demand/portfolio visibility, coordinate risk and compliance assessments, manage resource capacity and sequencing, and partner with PMO and stakeholders to optimize IT delivery and governance.
