The Accountant supports the school’s Business Office through general ledger entries, account reconciliations, student billing, semi-monthly payroll, purchasing card reviews, month-end close, audit preparation, tax report verification, recordkeeping, and compliance. The role requires accuracy, discretion, organization, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. It is a full-time, on-campus position reporting to the Controller.

Provides substitute school nursing care for PreK–12 students and staff, including treatment of illness and injuries, diabetic and other medical-condition management, medication and first-aid administration, health education, medical-record compliance, family and healthcare-provider liaison work, and school health policy support. The role is part-time, hourly, and on-call, requiring a current Texas RN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and at least two years of nursing experience.
