Lead and grow a full‑stack engineering team building customer data and identity solutions. Own architecture, APIs, component libraries, code quality, hiring, mentoring, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Contribute code for high‑impact items and ensure scalable systems and agile best practices.

Manage post-sales client relationships for programmatic campaigns using the StackAdapt DSP. Design, set up, optimize, and report on RTB campaigns, troubleshoot tags/pixels, drive retention and upsells, and provide strategic advisory and training. Travel up to 20%.

Sell StackAdapt programmatic advertising to local agencies and brands, grow existing accounts with an Account Manager, build pipelines and pitch decks, close quota-driven deals, and occasionally travel regionally to meet clients.
