Lead hands-on, forward-deployed customer engagements to take enterprise customers from evaluation to production Kubernetes deployments. Act as regional technical anchor, design deployment patterns and reference architectures, unblock complex platform and Kubernetes issues, mentor engineers, and feed field insights into product and roadmap decisions.

Lead customer-facing platform engineering engagements to deploy and productionize Stacklok Enterprise on Kubernetes. Build custom operators and deployment changes, act as the technical SME, mentor teammates, and turn field learnings into reusable playbooks and tooling to speed enterprise AI agent adoption.

Design, implement, and own production platform subsystems for an enterprise AI control plane. Deliver production-ready Go services on Kubernetes, ensure reliability, observability, and scalability, mentor engineers, drive design docs and code quality, and contribute to the open-source ToolHive/MCP ecosystem.
