Lead Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint implementations and optimization projects for clients in the Finance specialization. Assess needs, recommend solutions, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and provide best-practice guidance. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, billing, collections, documentation, and client satisfaction. Support business development, proposals, presentations, and service expansion while mentoring consultants and collaborating across consulting, sales, and technical teams.

Lead individual and owner-level tax planning, advisory, compliance, and technical review for business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. Review complex individual, fiduciary, gift, partnership, and S corporation tax matters; advise on succession, wealth preservation, and state and local taxation. Manage client relationships, collaborate with external advisors, mentor tax professionals, and improve practice processes and scalability.

Provides transactional and analytical accounting support for AEC clients, including financial statement preparation, project accounting, payroll and general ledger reconciliations, invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial analysis. Manages multiple client engagements, leads financial review meetings, maintains project documentation, and uses Deltek Ajera for accounting and operational workflows. The role also supports client relationships, project tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
