Provides sector leadership for infrastructure banking across research, origination, solution development, and execution. Conducts market and client analysis, builds financial and forecasting models, prepares sector insights and client presentations, supports deal teams, tracks performance and pipeline indicators, develops industry networks, and ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

Design user-centered web and mobile experiences by translating user and business needs into accessible interfaces, prototypes, and design-system solutions. Conduct user research, map client journeys, develop personas, analyze data, and iterate based on feedback. Collaborate with product managers, developers, SMEs, and designers in agile squads to ensure feasible implementation and alignment with product goals, brand standards, accessibility requirements, budgets, and long-term product scalability.

Leads credit origination for Business and Commercial Banking clients, including identifying opportunities, analyzing financial and credit risks, structuring lending and debt solutions, negotiating transactions, and supporting execution. Partners with Relationship Managers, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to grow revenue while maintaining portfolio quality. Develops market opportunities, monitors emerging risks, coaches Relationship Managers, and ensures effective governance, compliance, and client outcomes.
