Lead and coach a Voluntary Benefits project management team to deliver priority projects using Agile and Waterfall. Develop and improve PM framework, align resources with business priorities, drive process improvements, and report project performance to stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery, and strong customer experience.

Lead evaluation and execution of M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments. Perform valuation and market analyses, coordinate diligence across stakeholders, prepare decision materials, support transaction structuring and closing, and improve deal processes and templates.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.

Actuary to develop and maintain Retirement Plan projection models (GGY AXIS), support recurring projections, ad-hoc and what-if analyses, new business model development, and projection-based risk and profitability analyses (ALM, CFT). Partner with stakeholders, ensure model governance/testing/documentation, and communicate actuarial insights to product, finance, risk, and senior leadership to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Perform custom pricing and analysis for elective voluntary benefits (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, disability, life). Lead large-case pricing strategy, support product development, collaborate with underwriting, sales, compliance, and finance, and drive projects to improve pricing accuracy, competitiveness, efficiency, and process improvements.
