Manage large national employee benefits accounts (5,000+ lives) to drive premium growth and retention. Lead renewals, analyze claims/pricing trends, create strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional solutions, deliver presentations, and improve claims service and customer satisfaction to secure and expand business.

Lead a team of actuaries focusing on voluntary life product pricing, profitability, experience studies, and product development. Manage pricing for premiums and large/unique cases, maintain actuarial models and annual reporting as illustration actuary, collaborate across functions to inform strategy, and ensure financial soundness of products while coaching and developing staff.

Perform advanced online and records research to support insurance fraud investigations; analyze claims and applications for fraud indicators; prepare objective investigative reports; collaborate with internal teams and external vendors; mentor junior staff and contribute to SIU process improvements.
