Serve as a discipline designer on multidiscipline projects, providing conceptual design input, preparing engineering/design documents with CADD, interfacing with engineers/architects, supporting pricing/estimating/scoping, evaluating design changes, ensuring QA/QC, performing occasional site visits, and mentoring junior designers.

The Principal Electrical Engineer will design power generation systems, conduct site visits, manage budgets, and ensure technical project delivery while collaborating with clients and vendors.

Lead business development and delivery of U.S. power generation projects (combustion turbine, combined cycle, reciprocating engines). Drive EPC and FEED engagements, grow client relationships, manage capture and proposals, mentor energy team, track pipeline, and participate in strategy and contract negotiations. Travel as required.
