Lead and manage multiple large design and construction projects ($25M–$300M+), directing project teams, budgets, schedules, client relationships, contract administration, profitability, and construction oversight from planning through occupancy.

Leads mechanical design and BIM coordination for complex multidisciplinary building projects from schematic design through construction administration. Responsibilities include developing Revit models, layouts, calculations, P&IDs, equipment placements, constructible documentation, clash detection, and coordinated models. The role guides designers, coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, applies mechanical codes, supports shop drawing reviews, and resolves design and constructability issues.

Supports project execution through document control, deliverable and schedule coordination, project setup, records retention, RFI and submittal tracking, reporting, meeting minutes, change logs, and project documentation. Partners with project teams and leaders to maintain accurate project status, comply with client and corporate standards, manage subconsultant documentation, and support project financial and administrative processes.
