Architect and lead development of high-scale, low-latency backend and data platforms for wealth custody and clearing. Define engineering standards, technical vision, and distributed-system architecture across teams. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, cloud, security, and control teams to deliver production-ready enterprise AI systems.

Lead AI infrastructure projects, develop GenAI solutions, drive automation strategy, and collaborate with IT and business teams for implementation.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support production-grade backend services, APIs, and cloud-enabled platform capabilities for wealth custody and clearing. Collaborate with product, architecture, risk, and operations to ensure secure, scalable, observable, and resilient integrations and workflows. Participate in Agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end architecture for a major Generative AI platform: define reference architectures, integration contracts, NFRs, and reusable patterns (RAG, model serving, prompt/agent workflows). Partner with product, engineering, data science, cloud, security, and DevSecOps to ensure secure, scalable, compliant, and production-ready AI solutions. Conduct design reviews, proofs-of-concept, and drive platform governance and operational readiness.

Lead end-to-end readiness, release, and operational delivery for enterprise AI initiatives. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Release Management, and Operations to ensure governance, compliance, deployment readiness, vulnerability remediation, and executive reporting for production AI capabilities.

Lead design and delivery of an enterprise Generative AI platform across AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry/OpenAI, and Databricks. Architect multi-cloud RAG/agent solutions, author IaC and Harness pipelines, enforce governance/FinOps/observability, mentor senior engineers, and enable data scientists and app teams to ship production GenAI at scale in regulated environments.
