Architect and lead development of high-scale, low-latency backend and data platforms for wealth custody and clearing. Define engineering standards, technical vision, and distributed-system architecture across teams. Partner with product and business stakeholders, mentor senior engineers, lead incident response, optimize performance, and improve reliability. Ensure platforms meet stringent requirements for availability, consistency, security, observability, auditability, and regulatory compliance using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and microservices.

Owns end-to-end architecture for a major generative AI platform and shared AI services. Responsibilities include designing model integrations, APIs, data flows, orchestration, RAG and agentic workflows; defining architecture standards, integration contracts, and non-functional requirements; ensuring security, resilience, compliance, governance, observability, and scalability; and conducting architecture reviews and proof-of-concept assessments. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, cloud, security, and control teams to deliver production-ready enterprise AI systems.

Lead AI infrastructure projects, develop GenAI solutions, drive automation strategy, and collaborate with IT and business teams for implementation.
