Responsibilities include design refinement, construction documentation, consultant coordination, code and agency review, risk management, quality control, field observations, project closeout, and mentoring staff. The role also supports marketing, professional outreach, staffing, fee estimating, scheduling, and technical education initiatives.

Leads architectural projects from programming and design through construction administration, managing client relationships, teams, consultants, budgets, schedules, contracts, approvals, and project profitability. Oversees design quality, sustainable practices, documentation, code compliance, and DoD and federal project requirements. Mentors staff, supports business development and marketing, prepares proposals and thought leadership materials, and coordinates project communications and stakeholder presentations.
