Serve as owners representative for a multi-site data center program: develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, run weekly updates, validate field progress via site visits, produce schedule reports and risk analyses, maintain baseline integrity, integrate procurement and commissioning activities, and ensure audit-ready documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Build and maintain executive and project-level dashboards, standardize and cleanse source data, define reporting conventions and KPIs, perform data quality checks, coordinate with stakeholders, and apply AI/LLM tools to improve reporting workflows and efficiency.

Support schedule development and maintenance in Primavera P6 for a large data center project. Collect and validate weekly progress updates, perform site walks, prepare schedule updates and milestone reports, track procurement and long-lead equipment, assist baseline maintenance and variance tracking, participate in coordination meetings, and support scenario modeling and recovery planning. Work remotely with occasional site visits to Indiana.
