Own complex billing escalations and exception handling, manage and audit multi-site BPO partners, maintain SOPs and knowledge management, collaborate with Product on billing automations, develop training, and keep defensible documentation for audits.

Outside Account Executive selling Steno's litigation technology to law firms in the Philadelphia market. Build and own a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, acquire and expand accounts, attend industry events, and perform face-to-face selling. Work in-field at least three days per week, use CRM tools, and drive recurring revenue with commission-based earnings and equity opportunities.
