Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers across a 220+ multi-state workforce. Manage employee relations, investigations, workers' comp, recruiting operations, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, compliance with multi-state employment laws, and continuous HR process improvement. Partner with the Director on complex matters and support retail locations.

Work across data infrastructure and analytics: build and maintain dbt models, ingest and transform data, create dashboards and semantic layers in Power BI, validate AI-generated code, partner with stakeholders to deliver analyses and data products, and improve data governance and documentation.

Design and adapt creative assets across print, digital, email, social, retail, and wholesale channels. Produce catalog layouts, campaign visuals, displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials while maintaining brand standards and production quality. Curate lifestyle imagery, prepare production-ready artwork, manage concurrent projects in Asana, and collaborate with Brand, Art, E-Commerce, copywriting, and marketing teams. The role combines detailed production work with creative concept development and presentation.
