Lead engineering excellence for Marketplace and Auctions products. Drive technical strategy, people development, and delivery outcomes while championing AI engineering practices.

Lead and develop a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and technical contributors to build, maintain, and scale the Salesforce and GTM tech stack. Oversee architecture, integrations, automation, governance, roadmap prioritization, delivery processes, QA, and cross-functional change management while driving AI and automation improvements.
