Consults with colleges and universities on Ellucian Colleague Finance implementations, optimization, upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Advises finance leaders, analyzes financial workflows, leads training and discovery sessions, develops documentation, improves reporting and data integrity, and supports technology modernization initiatives. The role requires deep higher-education finance expertise, strong Colleague Finance knowledge, client-facing consulting skills, and periodic travel.

Provide consulting services to colleges and universities by assessing, designing, implementing, and supporting identity and access management solutions. Responsibilities include IAM architecture, access control, authentication, identity management, security assessments, risk remediation, policy development, compliance alignment, and client technical guidance. The role requires expertise with SAML, CAS, LDAP, identity providers, directory services, MFA, and related IAM technologies, with occasional possible travel for onsite client engagements.

Provides consulting services for Ellucian Colleague Financial Aid implementations, post-go-live support, process optimization, regulatory compliance, reporting, training, and managed services. The role advises higher-education clients on financial aid operations, troubleshoots functional and technical issues, supports full academic-year financial aid cycles, and collaborates with technical consultants. Travel of up to 25% is required for onsite client support.
