Leads OpenRoads utility modeling and water-wastewater design across multiple projects. Develops complex 3D utility models, resolves conflicts with roadway and drainage elements, maintains BIM standards, and produces model-driven plan and profile sheets. Interfaces with clients and engineers on CAD deliverables, troubleshoots advanced ORD issues, and mentors junior designers and EITs. The role requires extensive AEC experience, strong collaboration and organizational skills, independent problem-solving, and the ability to meet aggressive project timelines.

Leads commissioning readiness, energization, startup, testing, LOTO governance, safety oversight, quality planning, documentation, turnover, and operational readiness for complex mission-critical projects. Coordinates commissioning agents, contractors, vendors, operations teams, clients, and safety personnel. Manages risk mitigation, approvals, procedures, testing milestones, deficiencies, training, acceptance, and closeout while mentoring personnel and driving continuous improvement.

Leads the project QA/QC program for a large-scale construction project, establishing quality plans, inspection and testing procedures, audits, documentation, and performance metrics. Oversees compliance, identifies risks and deficiencies, manages root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintains quality records and turnover packages. Partners with project stakeholders, provides technical guidance, mentors quality personnel, and integrates quality requirements into project execution, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
