Supports drainage engineering design for transportation infrastructure, including stormwater systems, culverts, hydraulic structures, BMPs, LID features, and erosion control. Performs hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, permitting, regulatory coordination, technical reporting, cost estimating, QA/QC, and multidisciplinary project coordination. The role requires a Texas P.E. license and 6–12 years of relevant experience, with opportunities to mentor others and progress toward a Design Task Lead position.

Traffic Engineering Intern supporting traffic studies, transportation planning, simulation, operational analyses, safety assessments, signal timing, roadway signing, pavement marking, and maintenance of traffic plans. The role includes preparing technical reports, collecting and analyzing data, supporting multidisciplinary transportation projects, coordinating with agencies, and participating in public meetings. Candidates must pursue a Civil Engineering or related degree at an ABET-accredited university or NCEES-equivalent institution.

Leads traffic engineering and design projects from planning through final PS&E, providing technical oversight for ITS, signals, illumination, signing, pavement marking, and traffic operations. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction while developing staff, mentoring teams, supporting recruiting, and strengthening relationships with TxDOT, municipalities, transit agencies, and other Texas transportation clients. Supports business development through opportunity identification, pursuit strategy, proposals, and interviews, while helping expand the regional traffic engineering practice.
