Coordinate project and service requests across sales, operations, and customers: set up customers, confirm credit, manage certificates of insurance, walkthroughs, planning calls, document scope/timelines/pricing, generate proposals and orders, track timelines, manage change orders, consolidate costs, and oversee close-out while communicating with stakeholders.

Sell local office-moving and workplace services by generating and pursuing qualified B2B leads, building relationships with key prospects, preparing in-person proposals and estimates, closing deals to meet production targets, using proprietary estimator software and CRM, and following company RFP, contracting, and reporting standards.
