Manages data center construction projects through startup, execution, financial administration, procurement, scheduling, documentation, meetings, risk management, subcontractor coordination, quality oversight, and closeout. The role works with owners, architects, vendors, government authorities, and project teams to maintain budgets, schedules, contracts, payments, compliance, project records, punch lists, warranties, as-built documentation, and owner training.

Assists the Project Manager with day-to-day mission-critical construction project management, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs, permits, subcontractor coordination, schedules, meetings, warranties, closeout documentation, and safety training. The role also supports contract compliance, insurance documentation, plan revisions, dispute resolution, and communication among project stakeholders.

Leads large-scale data center construction projects from acquisition and preconstruction through closeout. Oversees budgets, profitability, schedules, quality, safety, contracts, staffing, client relationships, and project operations. Assigns and develops project teams, coordinates with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and authorities, monitors financial and schedule performance, supports contract negotiations and proposals, and ensures projects meet Suffolk and client expectations.
