Field-based Territory Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales goals in primary care and women’s health. Develops and executes territory business plans, engages HCPs to change prescribing behavior, drives market share growth, analyzes data to inform strategy, and supports new product launch activities. Requires strong selling, clinical understanding, payer knowledge, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Role involves regular territory travel and periodic national meetings.

Lead study-level clinical trial safety and post-marketing pharmacovigilance operations. Manage CROs and PV vendors, ensure inspection readiness, monitor KPIs/KRIs, reconcile safety data across systems, support audits/inspections, drive remediation and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain global PV compliance throughout product lifecycle.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of total rewards programs with emphasis on 401(k) governance, leaves/ADA administration, vendor management, compliance, analytics, and process improvements. Provide reporting and recommendations, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure regulatory and fiduciary readiness.
