Oversee all non-sales store operations: cash handling and deposits, monitor cashier performance, eCommerce fulfillment, inventory transfers, markdowns, receiving, returns, store appearance, associate training, CRM data accuracy, and assist with year-end inventory. Act as operations lead in managers' absence and ensure compliance with company procedures.

The Softgoods Coordinator will lead the Apparel and Footwear departments, ensuring exceptional customer service, training team members, analyzing store performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
