The role also creates franchisee testimonials, supports expos and trade shows, maintains brand consistency, and provides marketing recommendations to franchise development leadership.

Leads enterprise marketing strategy across a multi-brand portfolio, including brand architecture, customer acquisition, marketing technology, budgets, agency partnerships, KPIs, and integration of acquired brands. Builds scalable marketing infrastructure, processes, and teams while connecting marketing investment to revenue, growth, and customer lifetime value. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
