Provide legal counsel across product lifecycle for AI agents and SaaS products, triage and resolve legal issues, advise Product/Design/Engineering/Marketing, manage IP, monitor AI/privacy regulations, build scalable compliance processes, and deliver training.

Own and maintain lifecycle marketing systems: administer Hightouch reverse ETL, monitor syncs and pipeline health, triage martech issues, partner with engineering and marketing on implementations, document configurations, manage access and governance, support audience segmentation and QA, and identify automation opportunities while building solutions with AI.

Lead and build a Strategic Customer Success team, design high-touch success programs and playbooks, coach CSMs into consultative executive partners, define adoption and retention metrics, synthesize account insights into product feedback, partner cross-functionally, and experiment to create a scalable strategic CS motion for a multi-product AI productivity suite.
