Design and improve the Sustainment supply chain platform through user research, journey mapping, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, AI-assisted prototyping, and design-system development. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, create detailed specifications, validate data-dense workflows with users, support QA and launch, and communicate design rationale. Senior-level candidates additionally own platform-wide design coherence, information architecture, research strategy, leadership influence, design-system maturity, and mentorship.

Lead technical direction and architecture for ABP-based applications while shipping full-stack production code. Establish .NET standards, improve reliability, performance, observability, and security, and lead framework upgrades. Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, translate business needs into technical priorities, and support secure AWS GovCloud and government customer environments.

Serve as the first Sales Engineer, owning technical discovery, custom demos, proof processes, workshops, and IT stakeholder conversations throughout complex B2B sales. Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery, AEs, and Marketing to demonstrate customer workflows, assess ERP integrations, influence product roadmap, and build the sales engineering function and playbook.
