Teams at Swap Commerce

Manage the day-to-day operations of Swap’s Austin office, including vendors, supplies, facilities, catering, events, meetings, workspace organization, and workplace health and safety compliance. Serve as the primary contact for local employees and coordinate with the People Operations team and distributed colleagues across time zones. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
