Lead the creation of Swarmer’s financial reporting and analysis function. Own management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance reviews across multiple entities. Partner with department leaders and executives to connect financial results with operating drivers and decisions. Support SEC reporting, MD&A, investor materials, SOX-aligned controls, and reconciliation to the general ledger. Build scalable reporting processes and infrastructure using NetSuite and related finance tools.
