Serve as the single point of contact for client onboarding and system demonstrations. Manage implementations and conversions, create and run project plans and timelines, coordinate internal departments, tailor and deliver demos, escalate issues, gather competitive intelligence, and ensure smooth transition to operations while improving demo and implementation workflows.

Sell PEO services by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing executive-level client relationships for retention and profitability, supporting product/marketing, representing the company at industry events, and traveling locally or nationally.

Advise individuals and businesses on comprehensive financial plans; recommend investments and insurance; grow and manage a book of business through referrals and centers of influence; coordinate with clients' other advisors; maintain client files and submit sales paperwork.
