As an ERP Consultant for Sage Intacct, you will engage clients, implement and customize solutions, deliver training, and optimize financial processes.

Process purchase orders, perform data entry, and communicate with vendors and clients to support procurement operations. Maintain organized records, manage vendor relationships, and work within a technology/MSP procurement environment.

Provide first-line technical support for clients: troubleshoot hardware and software, perform installations/upgrades, resolve issues via phone/chat/email, maintain tickets and client documentation, and provide occasional on-site assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
