Develop and deliver custom, branded websites, integrations, and functionality for Swoogo clients. Responsibilities include front-end development, REST API and webhook integrations, data mapping, testing, debugging, documentation, client advising, technical estimation, project coordination, and training. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable solutions while managing multiple projects and ensuring accessibility, performance, reliability, and pixel-perfect design quality.

Own end-to-end IT support and administration across identity, collaboration, AI, endpoint, and email platforms. Build AI-assisted triage, self-service, and agentic workflows; manage Claude Enterprise and MCP connectors; administer Jamf and Intune fleets; support onboarding and offboarding automation; oversee access reviews, MFA, phishing reports, and basic incident triage. The role requires strong judgment about automation versus human support, cross-functional ownership, and clear, personal communication.

Own Salesforce and the broader B2B SaaS go-to-market systems ecosystem, including integrations, workflows, automation, data governance, routing, attribution, and data quality. Build scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success; troubleshoot system issues; manage integration pipelines; evaluate new tools; and translate business needs into technical solutions. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, API and automation experience, analytical fluency, and independent cross-functional collaboration.
