Owns strategic partner relationships from sales handoff through onboarding, implementation, activation, and launch. Manages launch plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors partner performance, conducts business reviews, identifies adoption and revenue-growth opportunities, resolves risks, gathers feedback, and maintains accurate HubSpot records. The role also develops scalable partner success processes and supports retention, expansion, and customer acquisition across multiple brands.

Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads to introduce services, identify customer needs, tailor solutions, close sales, and provide phone and email support. The representative is responsible for building customer relationships, meeting monthly revenue targets, and contributing to team goals while working independently in a remote environment.
