Lead day-to-day operations and scaling of Sygnia's first US MDR site, managing staffing, processes, client relationships, and incident escalation while partnering with global leadership to ensure operational readiness and high service quality.

Lead development and expansion of partnerships with cyber insurers, brokers, and law firms to secure on‑panel status, drive incident response and proactive/MDR engagements, negotiate contracts, create insurer‑tailored offerings, report results, and coordinate go‑to‑market strategy with global teams.

Lead and perform end-to-end forensic investigations and incident response for complex cyberattacks. Conduct log, host, network, memory, and malware analysis; threat hunt for APTs; identify IOCs/TTPs; use and improve investigation tooling and playbooks; communicate findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
