Leads company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, cash management, financial modeling, variance analysis, and capital planning. Partners with the CEO, CFO, board, lenders, and investors on resource allocation, pricing, contracts, and growth decisions. Builds and mentors the FP&A team, oversees KPI and board reporting, evaluates unit economics, and manages vendor costs and negotiations.

The Director will lead HR technology strategy, HRIS modernization, compensation strategy and analysis, pay equity, benchmarking, and total rewards frameworks. The role manages a Compensation Analyst, builds scalable People shared services, automates workflows, oversees HR technology and benefits vendors, and partners with the Chief People Officer on executive-level compensation recommendations and workforce AI enablement.

Manage strategic DME provider accounts, strengthening partnerships, improving supplier performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Lead performance discussions, corrective actions, escalations, reporting, contract documentation, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyze operational data to identify risks, recurring failures, and process improvements that enhance reliability and patient outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between provider partners and internal teams while supporting account retention, expansion, and operational alignment.
