Supports cash accounting processes, including daily balancing of customer payment activity, disbursements, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations. The role researches reconciling items, documents root causes, monitors aged items, supports governance initiatives, prepares job aids, handles reporting requests, and implements process improvements. Strong accounting, analytical, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills are required, with experience in GL or balance-sheet reconciliation preferred.

Leads IAM End User Operations, overseeing identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access reviews, authentication, password management, automation, ITSM integration, incident resolution, compliance, and service performance. Manages IAM operations teams, partners with security and technology stakeholders, drives zero-trust and identity governance practices, and develops operational standards, SLAs, KPIs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads Synchrony’s enterprise cloud and infrastructure platforms strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, modernization, and operations. Builds and manages a high-performing technology organization overseeing cloud, networking, databases, virtual desktops, hybrid connectivity, reliability, automation, security, resilience, and FinOps. Partners with technology, security, risk, compliance, architecture, product, business, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, cost-effective platforms and support digital transformation.
