Leads clinical trial management activities, including site oversight, clinical and central monitoring, risk mitigation, compliance, team resourcing, training, documentation quality, and milestone delivery. Oversees CRAs and Central Monitors, manages clinical trial systems and tools, communicates risks and status to clients and leadership, supports inspection readiness, and coordinates cross-functional execution across international studies. May lead complex trials, mentor CTMs, and travel approximately 20%.

Leads end-to-end clinical trial supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, packaging, labeling, distribution, vendor oversight, and risk mitigation. Collaborates with clinical, project management, procurement, and supply chain teams to align supply strategies with study needs. Manages budgets, documentation, reporting, inspection readiness, process improvement, training, and junior staff oversight. Supports business development through bid defenses and client presentations while ensuring compliance with GCP, GMP, ICH, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Leads end-to-end eCOA delivery across global clinical trials, including system design, configuration, validation, UAT, deployment, maintenance, vendor oversight, translations, licensing, risk management, and inspection-ready documentation. Serves as the primary liaison among sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional clinical teams while managing timelines, deliverables, quality, multiple studies, and stakeholder communications.
