Establishes presales processes, develops demo methodologies and toolkits, coaches MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, manages deal risk, and communicates field feedback to leadership.

Own global sales operations for Sales, Sales Development, and Sales Engineering. Lead forecasting, pipeline inspection, sales process architecture, territory and quota deployment, compensation design, SE coverage, and operational reporting. Partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional GTM Engineering and Data teams, drive system adoption, and build AI-assisted workflows for deal inspection, risk flagging, enrichment, and forecast commentary. Manage a distributed team across US and European time zones.
