Responsible for expansion and renewal quotas, net revenue retention, executive QBRs/ABRs, account plans, technical orchestration (SSO/APIs/workflows), cross-functional escalation, and proactive churn reduction. Drive seat penetration, multi-team adoption, and measurable ARR expansion while coordinating engineering and influencing product roadmap.
