Develop foundational knowledge of Talkdesk cloud contact center and AI solutions, create demo assets and technical materials, and collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams to drive customer outcomes and competitive positioning.

Lead end-to-end customer engagements to discover, scope, deploy, and realize value from AI agents. Run executive workshops, design and configure agentic solutions, create deployment playbooks, partner on integrations, and drive measurable business impact while shaping product direction.

Lead FP&A business partnering for G&A (HR, Legal, IT, Finance). Drive planning, consolidation, baseline reporting, KPI centralization, and Adaptive system/admin work. Integrate data from Salesforce, NetSuite and other sources (Snowflake/Power BI/AI). Forecast cash and balance sheet, partner with Collections/AP, and manage FP&A analysts while presenting insights to senior leadership and the board.
