Supports Solutions Engineers and Account Executives with customer discovery, technical demonstrations, use-case development, requirements documentation, AI workshops, and consultative technical sales. Learns Talkdesk’s cloud contact center, AI, automation, analytics, and integration capabilities while collaborating across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Builds presentation, consulting, technical, and customer-facing skills through mentorship and hands-on experience. Travel to customer meetings, internal events, and team sessions may be required.

Provides strategic HR partnership to Sales and Marketing leaders across organizational design, sales compensation, talent planning, performance management, retention, engagement, and global employment practices. Leads AI fluency adoption, GTM workflow transformation, performance calibration, career development, and change initiatives while advising VP-level stakeholders in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads financial planning and analysis for Sales and Marketing, including budgets, forecasts, GTM modeling, SaaS metrics, variance analysis, investment decisions, and executive reporting. Partners with Sales Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and HR on capacity planning, demand-generation ROI, compensation modeling, and commission forecasting. Builds and develops an FP&A team while improving planning processes, systems, data integration, and reporting across CRM, planning, and BI tools.
