Build and QA pages in Webflow, scope and manage external dev partners, maintain CMS governance, and partner cross-functionally on tracking, privacy, and compliance.

Designs and delivers instructor-led and eLearning courses for clinical and corporate staff, facilitates new clinician orientation, builds cohort programs (leadership, DEIB), manages LMS content, partners cross-functionally to support learning strategy and team development.

Lead clinician-facing marketing: develop employer brand and messaging, run paid and organic recruitment campaigns, manage agencies, conduct clinician research, partner cross-functionally, and track recruitment metrics to deliver qualified clinician hires.

Build and maintain ingestion pipelines, Python services, and dbt models on AWS and Snowflake. Own operational on-call responsibilities, migrate pipelines to Airflow, contribute to CI/CD, collaborate with BI/Analytics, and mentor junior teammates.

Manage end-to-end semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and off-cycle payrolls across a multi-entity, multi-state telehealth company using ADP Workforce Now. Maintain payroll configurations, tax registrations, and compliance with multi-state wage & hour laws. Administer garnishments, incentives, year-end W-2/ACA processes, and overpayment recovery. Serve as ADP WFN system administrator, build reports, reconcile payroll to Finance, support audits, and partner with HR and Finance to improve payroll workflows and employee support.

Senior individual contributor who drives product analytics, experimentation, and applied modeling. Owns growth and performance analyses, designs experiments with robust statistical evaluation, builds repeatable reporting, and partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Clinical, and Finance to translate data into actionable product and operational decisions.
