Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity conditions across the lifespan (age-specific care by appropriate board-certified providers). Conduct intakes and follow-ups (60/30 minutes), make independent clinical decisions, coordinate referrals to in-house therapists, and work with full operational support and flexible scheduling.

Lead and grow a product design team while contributing hands-on design work. Own end-to-end design for booking flows, patient portal, provider software, and ops tools. Collaborate cross-functionally, set vision, establish and maintain Figma design systems, leverage data and research, mentor designers, balance user needs with business goals, and champion patients and providers.

Build and deploy production AI capabilities for mental healthcare: full‑stack development, agentic systems, RAG and retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, observability, CI/CD, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure safe, reliable AI in clinical workflows.
