Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity conditions across the lifespan (age-specific care by appropriate board-certified providers). Conduct intakes and follow-ups (60/30 minutes), make independent clinical decisions, coordinate referrals to in-house therapists, and work with full operational support and flexible scheduling.

Partner with clinical leadership to provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, support performance management, administer compensation and promotions, coordinate onboarding and accommodations, analyze HR metrics and exit interviews, and lead HR operational projects supporting the clinical organization.

Lead strategy and day-to-day execution of direct-response paid social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) to acquire new patients. Optimize and scale campaigns to improve CAC and LTV, manage large monthly budgets, direct data-driven creative testing, run A/B and landing page experiments, build forecasts and reporting, partner with Data and Creative teams, and apply AI tools to automate analysis and workflows.
