Provision, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, software, and infrastructure to support R&D. Troubleshoot networks, manage core services (DNS, DHCP, AD), automate tasks, document processes, follow change management, and collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams. Occasional short-notice travel for network troubleshooting.

The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for generating opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships with C-suite executives within assigned territories or accounts.

Lead technical pre-sales activities including discovery, demos, and Proofs of Value. Translate customer needs into Tanium-based endpoint security and IT operations solutions, engage stakeholders from C-level to users, collaborate with sales, product, and field engineering, and travel frequently to customer sites.
